We hope everyone is having a Brilliant weekend! We are excited to see our Broncos tomorrow as we continue our work as Brilliantly Inspired Leaders and Learners through our Bronco 5! Our Broncos are doing a great job as Learners as we continue to work towards a successful quarter one.

We have a few things happening this week in addition to learning and assessments including our Skating Spirit Night on Thursday evening and our PBIS incentive event on Friday! We are excited to continue making the awesome memories with our Broncos!

Flag football is a great game- Designed by NFL to teach kids the game and to be physically active. Boy’s middle school division is a blast. GIRLS FLAG is a GIRLS ONLY flag football league, K-8th grade. Girls get to play the game they have watched or cheered for. Join with a group of friends,  or as a single, and enjoy a new team sport and HAVE FUN. You will receive an NFL jersey,  shorts and flags. These games are FUN to play and FUN to watch! Games will be double  headers on Sunday afternoons and occasional Friday nights. WINTER HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS FLAG division Check out our website for information on the HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS Flag Division! 17 states have official sanctioned GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL as a VARSITY SPORT.  65 NCAA, 35 NAIA and 6 NJCAA schools offer women’s flag football as a varsity sport with  scholarships. Many high school girls already have a core sport they focus on - but that  does not mean then can’t play flag football too! NFL FLAG is a great way to compete,  stay active, and have fun without impacting your main sport. The teams are not limited  to school athletes - ANYONE can play.

Brill Elementary has earned an A rating in the Texas Education Agency’s (TEA) 2025 A–F Accountability Ratings and two distinctions!

Klein ISD earned an A rating in the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) component of the Texas Education Agency’s 2025 A–F Accountability Ratings and maintained a B overall, rising from an 80 in 2023 to an 86 in 2025.

Since the TEA raised performance standards in 2023, the district has seen a 30% increase in A-rated schools, a 13% increase in B-rated schools, and a 55% decrease in C-rated schools, with no schools rated D or F. All five high schools and all ten intermediate schools earned an A or B, and students across Klein ISD earned 127 academic distinctions, a 37% increase since 2023.

Good afternoon Bronco families!

We hope everyone has had a wonderful summer and are ready to Level Up as Leaders and Learners this year! We are so excited to see our Bronco on Wednesday, August 13th for the First Day of School!

To prepare for an excellent start of the year, we would like to invite our families to our Meet the Teacher Event on August 11th from 4-6pm. This come and go event will give our Broncos an opportunity to meet their homeroom teacher, drop off supplies, learn about campus organizations, and visit with support staff. We also wanted to share our school supply list for this year and remind everyone to please complete the annual skyward update for any returning Brill students.
