Orff

Orff is an instrumental music group that meets once a week before school. Students must be in fourth or fifth grade to audition for this group. They will learn how to play xylophones, metallophones, recorders, drums as well as instruments from around the world. Orff has two concerts per year. Orff is free to join, although we do ask all members to buy a Metzler Music shirt to use as our performance uniform. All of the material needed to audition will be presented in each 4th and 5th grade classes prior to the week of auditions. A note with information will go home in Wednesday folders during the first month of school.
